These gorgeous resort wear style palazzo pants have a shorter inseam, but a long rise.  They will fit taller people as more of cropped look (depending on where you wear them on your waist).  On our 5'6" model, they are below ankle length, wearing them at the natural waistline.  The outer material is sheer, with a shorts lining underneath.
